So you have diabetes type 2 or type 1?
The odds are that’s is not your fault. Ok, you may be predisposed and maybe one of your parents had or has diabetes or maybe even one of your grandparents.
This may have a big influence, but it’s not necessarily the main reason that you have diabetes as well.
In this day and age more and more people look for wholistic doctors. Doctors who not just look at the symptom or disease, but look at the whole body.
If you have stress you maybe referred to a psychologist. If you have zoster you maybe referred to a dermatologist. But what if you have both? Is the underlying cause being treated by any of the ‘specialists’ or are you being given the best they have in their own field of expertise?
In other words zoster could be a result from stress and stress could be a result from the relation with your boss. But most likely both also have to do with eating habits.
We know the importance of healthy eating habits and exercise, but there is far more to it. How organized are you? Do you sleep the same hours in the weekend as you do during the week? Who do you spend your time with? Do you have hobbies? Do you get enough vitamin D? These and many more factors influence your well-being.
Once we start to understand that we are surrounded by toxins in our food, cleaning products, air pollution, even our drinking water and many more, then is easier to understand that our environment is making us sick.
These toxins are not the direct cause of diabetes, but do sure influence diabetes and all other ‘diseases’. I’d rather call it symptoms or side effects, because most of us were born healthy, but along the way we started interrupting our natural state, which is health.
Diabetes most of the time is a side effect from eating too much refined sugars, that can be found in 90 % of the edible products in your supermarket.
So why isn’t it your fault? It isn’t your fault because you probably do not know that sugar is a drug. It is as addictive as alcohol, nicotine and cocaine. The food industry has known this for many decades. So they want you to be an addict in order to make as much profit as they can. Don’t get me wrong I am not against making profits, but I am against the lies they tell about their products.
So once you stop your sugar cravings and change your eating habits everything changes.
So whether you have pre diabetes or full blown diabetes, don’t worry, just make sure you reverse it asap! Evidence has shown that virtually every case of type 2 can be reversed and type 1 severely controlled.
