The three most common problems in the world are about money, health and relations or sex if you please.
Funny thing is that they are most of the time, if not always, related. Of course you can have a wonderful relation and great health, but little money.
You can even be in great health, but with little money and no relation.
The various combinations are not that important. What however is important is that if you focus on changing one thing in your life, everything changes.
So whenever you are experiencing a lack of something you tend to focus on that lack, of whatever that is. It is a natural process and you start to worry, but please don’t forget that worrying is fantasizing in the opposite direction.
Instead of becoming solution oriented, we tend to focus on the problem, which makes the problem bigger and the solution…well, what do you think? You may have heard; ‘at what you resist persists’.
So how do we become more solution oriented instead of problem oriented?
The good thing is that there are many ways! On of them could be you start thinking about, ‘wouldn’t it be nice, if….’. Fill in the blank for what ever lack you desire.
And think of many ‘wouldn’t it be nice, if ….’ As much as you can and see how you feel afterwards.
It is not always easy to see and feel yourself as a person that has abundance in every area of his or her life. But once you start to understand the importance of daydreaming, visualization and seeing yourself in the possession of whatever you desire things will start to change.
At school I was not allowed to daydream. I had to pay attention to what I was not interested in. In my opinion the educational system is obsolete. As the wise man said: ‘Get a diploma and they’ll give you a job. Invest in yourself and you’ll be successful’. By the way, with success I mean: loving yourself, doing what you like and loving the way you do it.
So please daydream and tell little children the importance of daydreaming and the importance of everything they do and think, because it has long lasting influence on the child’s life. Their thoughts become habits, and habits form behaviour and behaviour forms action and action forms their future.
And as an adult I suggest you keep on daydreaming and the more you think about your dreams the sooner you will attract them. This is law, whether you understand or believe in the law of attraction or not.
That’s why I’d like to repeat, worrying is fantasizing in the opposite direction.
